I just got back from vacation in Costa Rica. When I took a trip through their rain forest there the monkeys in the trees sounded just like what these monkeys in this video sounded like when the video was slowed down. A very deep yelp. Not that little cheetah sound that you heard on the old Tarzan shows.. They sounded like wild animals that you didn't want to mess with.

Monkeys, chimps, orangutans, gorillas, whatever they may be they are definitely not an animal to be messed with. I watched this special awhile back on why people shouldn't keep chimps as pets. People saw Tarzan and saw that cute little chimp helping him out and thought hey, that'd be a good idea.

Apparently a full grown chimp has 5 times the strength of a man, and is extremely aggressive when agitated, they even go for the nuts if they know they are attacking a male. No thanks.
